    Shipping Timeframe:

    • Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
    • Delivery: We utilize DHL Express shipping, ensuring delivery within 7 business days to most international destinations.
    • Exceptions: Delays due to customs clearance, remote locations, or unforeseen circumstances are possible. We will proactively communicate any such delays to customers.

    Insurance:

    • All shipments are insured against loss or damage during the transit for the full declared value of the jewelry.
    • In case of loss or damage, customers will be promptly assisted with filing a claim with DHL for full compensation.
